Well, I taped my episode of PinPoint today! And I really enjoyed myself with it. And was informed that the episode(s) I taped today will be up on Monday, August 30, 2010, Wednesday, Sept 1, 2010, and Friday September 3, 2010! So I hope you all enjoy it. But anyway if you want to join in the game I will give you a rundown:
Monday -
3 Contestants are started off with 1,000 Oodles. And, after drawing lots to see who goes first. The game starts that each contestant gets their own survey. IT is up to the contestant to determine what percentage they think the people said for their answer! For every number they are off, they will lose 5 oodles. (IE: If the contestant says 50 and the answer was 25, you'd lose 125 oodles.) After the individual surveys are asked, the unused one from the four original choices will become the free-for-all, all contestants will lock in their answers. The answer is then revealed however the contestants know theirs' but they don't know the others, so they have a chance to opt out. If someone opt's out they get to keep their oodles, but if no one does that then the player in the last place will be eliminated and lose all their oodles that they banked.
Wednesday-
The two remaining contestants recieve an additional 500 oodles added to that they already earned. Like the previous round there are surveys to choose from, but this tme there are 3, 2 individual surveys and 1 free for all. However all points are then 10 oodles for being off! And they get to opt out, but if neither one does the one with the higher amount wins. But, if you want to play it safe and opt out, you keep your banked oodles.
Friday-
Though making it to this episode, all oodles one from Monday and Wednesday are safe. Though a new bank of 5,000 oodles is presented for the final three surveys, like before the questions, but this time the stakes up to 50 oodles at a lose per every percent off. As long as the contestant has at least 1 oodle left in the bank, the contestant has the option to either playing on or keep what was in the bank. It comes down to one final survey. If the contest comes within 5% higher or Lower than the actually % will be doubled. If they hit on it exactly, whatever is in the bank will be multiplied by 5!
Good Luck to all future competitors and ya know what here's the link to play the game:
