Unsatisfied with Encore!!!!

I know I normally post about game shows, but your thinking why are you posting this now...I am posting this about Encore.

We all know that Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? and Hollywood Squares H2 were released by Ludia and Encore. I do not have complaints about the game itself at this time. I have merely complains about Encore.

Here is the biggest complaint that most of you who bought the game are wondering: Where is the game on the field "What Product are You Registering?". Well I hate to tell you it's not there. It has been almost 2 months since the game has be released and that you would think that Encore would've put it on the list by now. Well your thoughts would be wrong. Encore really should get it's act together.

I had submitted in the first email on 9-30-2010: I have a copy of Hollywood Squares H2 and Millionaire and I cannot find them listed in the product listings when i go to the registration page. And you would think they would get back rather promptly, nope.

I wouldn't get an email back about 2 weeks later on 10-14-2010:

Dear Shaggy32,

When you would like to register a new application you have received, but find you are unable to register the application through the installation process, you may use the link provided below to complete the registration process.

Now you would think that it would help nope so I replied: That did not help. In the drop down box that you go through for "What Product you are Registering:" the game titles Who Wants to be a Millionaire & Hollywood Squares H2 is not listed at all. And those are the products I am trying to register.

And here is what the response I had gotten back: Older and discontinued titles may not be available on the registration form. You may bypass the registration and continue to use the programs without issue. Failure to register your software does not diminish your warranty rights.

I must say I did reply back, but have yet to get a response, so I have sent a new request in...if they keep up the bad answers through their customer support, they are going to lose a lot of the Game Show Gamers buying their games and registering them.

November 15th, 1 vs. 100 comes to GSN and I believe it will air at 7PM or 7:30PM so, this will work out great if this is the case that GSN is bringing Syndi Deal on there schedule.



"GSN picks up new relation ship show Love Triangle"

Buzzerblog posted this yesterday. Here is some of what they said PLUS casting info.


GSN’s ongoing development slate continues to widen. The network is currently casting for the new relationship game show Love Triangle. Love Triangle is produced by 3 Ball Productions and Silly Monkey Media. 3 Ball has brought you shows like The Biggest Loser and Beauty and the Geek.

According to the casting notice, Love Triangle uses scientific profiles to let people see what each person will be like in the future. Each contestant will get to ask potential dates different questions like other dating shows. The contestant will find out which is the best scientific match, but has the choice between that person or another one. Essentially, it’s The Dating Game with body-aging software thrown in. It looks like forty episodes are being taped.

I guess GSN is doing dating shows these days.



Also, "The Hub" launched on October 10th. Family Game Night and Pictureka began!



SCHEDULE UPDATES: As you saw, GSN picked up Syndicated Deal or No Deal. GSN had Family Feud with Richard Karn airing Monday and Friday, Dawson aired Tues-Wed-Thurs. Now, GSN will put Dawson Feud on at 9AM ET and Karn at 9:30AM Monday-Friday.



The Newlywed Game with Sherri Shephard begins November 1st. 1 vs. 100 will premiere at 7PM on November 15th.
